Course Outline
The Overview of Six Sigma course is intended to create a general awareness of the Six Sigma methodology and the associated tools. Attendees will learn the overall methodology and how the tools can be applied to any size project. The course includes modules on all areas of Six Sigma that can be applied to any project in any stage along with examples, facilitated discussions and group workshops aimed at re-enforcing the presented material.
All attendees will be provided with printed course materials, catered breaks and lunch.

Locations
This course is mostly run in the Sydney and Canberra business districts. Courses can also be run specifically for organisations at their premises. Vision2Solution will consider running courses in other major cities if there is appropriate demand.
Costs
The pricing for this course is $880.00 per student inclusive of GST. Group discounts are available for 4 or more students. Payment is preferred prior to attendance and invoicing will completed at the time of enrollment.
